Feng Shui Classes Can Help You Help Others |

 For many people, the idea of a life spent helping others is a very satisfying concept. There are so many ways in which this can be played out that sometimes, people focus in on only one aspect of and forget that our lives are the cumulative effect of all that we experience. "Life is what happens while we're making plans," as the saying goes, and so any time you are using your knowledge to help people shift into living their life, rather than planning for it, you are making a difference. Feng shui classes are one way that many people start exploring the relationship between people and their space. An ancient art over 300 years old, feng shui is the art of placement. Traditionally, feng shui dictated where a house should be built, but today, more and more people are using feng shui training to help them optimize spaces -homes, offices, businesses, etc.- that already exist.
When you get your feng shui certification, you will learn about the more desirable layout of the home, and how to work with energy
flows in homes that do not have this layout. For example, the most desirable placement for the kitchen is at the back of the home. This is a place of nourishment for the family, and should not be the main entrance for guests or at the front of the home. There are certainly ways to help create a healthier flow of energy for homes where the kitchen is ill-placed, but you would need to have feng shui training to know that. Hence the need for qualified feng shui consultations- not everyone has the time, energy, or interest to go through feng shui classes to learn about this, but everyone should be able to have a home with a healthy energy map.
As a feng shui consultant, it will be your job to talk to people and learn about them, their home, their lives, their family and their goals and desires. Then, using the elements of feng shui, you can create the most conducive space possible for all of that. It might be that you focus most of your time and energy on creating a more calming and welcoming space, but you might also find that your client's home has wonderful energy flow everywhere except their office, where the energy is stuck. Regardless of what the needs of any client are, you are doing their whole life a great service, not just their home.
